Writing and Learning Opportunities

Nature Journal:
Students will create a journal to use throughout this project to record information, conduct research, and reflect on experiences.

Nature Research Project 1:
Students will choose from a specific list of topics and become a specialist . Then share their knowledge with the rest of the class.

Nature Research Project 2:
Students will choose a topic of their own choice to research and report on.

The Stuff of Life:
Students will examine their own life in relationship with nature.

Local Species:
Students will learn about the Pennsylvania local species.

The Most Precious Resource:
Students will examine water and and its importance and relationships to life and the planet.

Bees:
Students will become experts on honey bees, the problems facing them, and their importance.

Bats:
Students will become experts on honey bees, the problems facing them, and their importance.
