Mitch is 12 and has to spend his summer at Bird Moon Lake, because his parents are getting divorced. 10-year-old Spencer is visiting his family cabin at Bird Moon Lake for the first time since his older brother Matty drowned in the lake 8 years earlier. Both boys are dealing with a lot, but to add to that, Mitch does some things that make Spencer think the cabin is haunted. Will their new friendship be able to withstand Mitch's deception? |
My opinion |
Mitch and Spencer are both great characters that evolve as people, because of the emotional turmoil they experience while at the lake. This is a well written story that I would recommend. |
