1. Definitions - What's the difference?

There are several definitions for complement and compliment. Write all the definitions for each word. Be sure to include the parts of speech.

2. Sentences:

Next, write one sentence for each definition of complement and for each definition of compliment. Be sure to make up your own sentences, don't use the examples that you find in a dictionary.

3. Synonyms

List at least three synonyms for complement and at least three synonyms for compliment.

3. Spelling Test:

Be ready for a test at the end of the week. Be sure that you know the meanings of complement and compliment.

4. Turn in your work by Friday. Your packet should include your definitions, sentences, synonyms, and spelling test.
