Nutrition is the science that deals with food and how the body uses it. Food supplies the energy for every action we perform. Food also provides substances that the body needs to build and repair its tissues and to regulate its organs and systems.

In order to complete the Nutrition 101 course you must complete the following tasks:

Watch a movie about Nutrition. Then take the Quiz.

Spelling:

Use the Eight Step process to learn to spell these Nutrition related words. Then write a definition for each word. You will be tested on these words at the end of the week.
