	?	This person is in their working zone and their concentrating on their work but they are sometimes off task. At times this person is disturbing other people.
	-	This person is often talking to people from other groups while the rest of their group is doing all of the work.
Working together/ cooperation	++	The person is very cooperative and works with the group to solve any problems. This person doesn't pick favorites. This person always does their share of the work for the good of the group.
	+	This person can work with mostly everyone in their group without arguing about every little thing. This person is most likely to do the work for the good of the group, but is known to slack off.
	?	When this person thinks something is not fair, they do not work with the group to solve the problem. They get mad.
	-	This person is always off alone and doesn't cooperate with the group at all. This person doesn't work at all let alone for the good of the group.
Organization	++	This person is able to keep track of the group's work. If you were to ask this person where the work is, this person would know exactly where to find it, and it is in decent shape.
	+	This person usually knows where to find the work, and when they get it, it is usually in good shape.

Quality of Work	++	This person's work reflects an attention to detail. The work is well done and it all makes sense and is organized. The work adds to the completeness and quality of the project.

Getting Things Done on Time	++	The person spends most of their spare time working on DGI and viewers can tell. The person always meets his/her deadlines and the work is always of great quality.
