Step 4: Establishing Roles Within Your Company


In order for a company to function well, each employee must know and understand their responsibilities. Please keep in mind that the roles establish specific responsibilities, but each member of the team is responsible for seeing that all aspects of the project are completed on time and with a high level of quality. In other words, you can never say that it was not my fault. Everyone is responsible for the completion of each step. You are a team. "One for all and all for one."

Roles

These roles will change on weekly basis.

      • Office Manager / Equipment Manager: : responsible for keeping and organizing all company documents and paper work and managing materials and resources.

      • Design Manager: responsible for collecting and keeping the team's design ideas and managing the design process.

      • Construction Manager: responsible for overseeing any and all construction.

      • Quality Control Manager: responsible for making sure that all company work is of high quality and done on time.

The final position will be added to a position above. This means that the CEO will also hold one of the positions above.

      • Chief Executive Officer (CEO): responsible for keeping the team on track, establishing daily goals, setting due dates, solving disputes, fixing problems, and maintaining a focused approach to all work and assignments.
