CLC Board Meeting

Call to Order: Kyle Peck

Business:

1. Kyle: Welcome Liz K. our newest board member
2. JP: Sarah Barley has completed her teaching credentials and we would like to hire her as a teaching assistant for next year. She has been student teaching all year long. She wants to be this kind of teacher.

• Jessi L.: I think that she would be very great.
• Kyle: Is she elementary certified? YES!
• Lynn: Why is this important
• Diane: She has worked here and knows what we are all about
• Opinion: Consensus reached ---- we should hire Sarah B.

1. Kyle: Brian will not be coming back next year as a teaching assistant
2. Kyle: We do not have a budget b/c of everything. We will have 2 next month.
3. Kyle: There is a possibility that we will call a special meeting before the next regular meeting. Just be aware.
4. Kyle: Is there any other business??

• We are still in need of a community rep. But we won’t deal with that tonight.
